

TECHNICAL HELP
The goal of WALLACE-INC is to provide the best Technical Help that can ever be obtain, We will do this in several ways to ensure that your experience will be the best ever. These ways are outline below:
We will establish a medium for 24 hr support in that it will be a Billboard for you to post your problems and comments on. This Billboard will be maintained by WALLACE-INC however when you post there anybody who has had that problem in the past could respond back to you by one of two ways:
Post back to the Billboard
Personal E-mail directly to you
You Will be able to submit all your questions direct by email to WALLACE-INC in which we will respond to you within 4 Hrs by e-mail
If your problem will be better suited by a returned phone call then we will place a call to you by reversing the toll charges we do it this way to keep most of support cost free.
If you live within a 50 mile driving area then we will come to you to resolve the issue however this is not free and the charges are as follows:
$.30 a mile charge
$50.00 service charge for the First 15 minutes
$25.00 per hour charge per anything over the 15 minutes and any part of an hour.
If the problem has not been resolved by the first initialed visit then the subsequent visits will not be charged the $50.00 service charge. This only applies if the problem of the first visit was not resolved at that time
Most of todays problems can be resolved by other means other then bringing your computer to a repair tech or for one to go out to you.
COMPUTER TRAINING
When you buy a computer and get it home then what, you're new to this what do I do and how do I do it. Well again there we are WALLACE-INC we will come to you and show how to do the basics at your home or you may come to our place and learn here.
We will show how to work your computer from turning it on to installing programs and deleting programs. We will show how to open programs and use them and save your work and then close them.
We will also show you how to print and work your printer. We will show how to change your printer cartridge and add different paper.
Because of the complexities of todays programs we will show you the basics so that you can now use and learn other programs.
We will also teach you the basics of the internet including AOL.

When you have the basic's down and you need help then just post to our billboard and either WALLACE-INC or someone from the Billboard will post you a answer or e-mail you directly.
